Congregation Anshei Shalom

Anshei's New Building Campaign

The Building Campaign continues.  We thank everyone who attended the Parlor Meetings, and extend a thank you to the Rosman Family, Kahn Family, Masri Family and Hackel Family for hosting as well as to Simply Sushi, TheSephardic Minyan and Hunki's for their sponsorships.  If you missed the Parlor Meetings, there is a short "1-Hour Parlor Meeting in 5-Minutes" video on our website http://ansheibuilding.org/  that can catch you up on what you missed.

We will be reaching out to every member over the next few weeks to set up brief appointments to discuss participation in the Building Expansion.  We would appreciate if you would set up an appointment and be open to making a donation to the program.  If every member participates, we will get a building that we can enjoy now and will accommodate our needs for the future.  If you would rather avoid a meeting, you can make a pledge or donation now at https://www.anshei.org/building.

Welcome To Anshei Shalom

Congregation Anshei Shalom of West Hempstead is a vibrant, warm and welcoming shul, housed in a beautiful, modern building yet maintaining an old-world charm. We have an ever-increasing number of members spanning various age groups, with many young members and growing families. As such, weekly Shabbat youth groups cater to our next generation and a new teen minyan is hugely successful. Daily minyanim, weekly shiurim and three Shabbat minyanim, including an early minyan and a Sephardic minyan separate us from other congregations in the neighborhood. Following Shabbat davening, the congregation partakes in a kiddush in the ballroom where our Rabbi greets members, and congregants have the opportunity to socialize, meet new members and extend greetings to guests.
