Nick & Becky Davis

Nick and Becky moved to West Hempstead in 2002 and have been an integral part of the Anshei Shalom family ever since. Nick began serving on various board committees, including the dinner and fundraising committees, almost immediately and served on the Executive Board for six years. He was also instrumental in founding the shul’s security committee.

Becky has played a tremendous role on the Anshei Sisterhood Board. She served as Sisterhood Co-President for 6 years and stayed on the Board for an additional five years. While only recently stepping down from official duties, she continues to work on numerous committees including the Dinner, Chessed, and Mishloach Manot committees. And you can always count on Becky to make her famous cookies for the Sisterhood Bake Sales!

Professionally, Nick works in the finance industry and Becky is a nutritionist and lactation consultant. But community is never far from their minds, even with their busy schedules. For the past 9 years Nick has served tirelessly as a West Hempstead firefighter, winning numerous service awards for his dedication to West Hempstead. He has also served as President of the Fire Company. As proud HANC parents, Nick and Becky are firm supporters of the community school. Their three wonderful children, Sam, Caity and Jesse, began HANC in Toddlers and are now studying their way through the HANC 609, middle and high school campuses. Nick and Becky are proud to convey the importance of community service to their children and look forward to supporting Anshei in all their future endeavors.
