Ariella and Adam Goldschmiedt moved from Forest Hills to West Hempstead in 2010, and along with their 4 children - Isaac (15), Annie (12), Maya (8) and Jack (3) - have been active members of Anshei and the West Hempstead Community ever since.  

Adam's relationship with Anshei goes back many years, having grown up in West Hempstead. His father was a close childhood friend of Rabbi Pearl and Adam has been friends with Rabbi Soniker since their teenage years.  Adam has served on the Anshei board, is a member of CSS and is the founder, co-president, and official bartender of the Anshei Brotherhood.  He is also a consistent presence at our weekday morning minyan, and serves as Baal Tefilla throughout the year and during the high holidays at Anshei minyanim.

Ariella has an outgoing and welcoming personality, and volunteers her time for Anshei and the community at large. She has served on the HANC Welcoming Committee and Anshei New Arrivals and Chesed Committees, and often goes out of her way to introduce herself to new faces in shul.  She also serves on the MANC board, and runs fundraising for the Annual West Hempstead Mikvah Superette.
