Social Hall rental charges for members are as follows:

• Cost: $975 for the initial use & $400 for each additional use of the social hall on that Shabbos.
   
• Reservation Deposit: An invoice for the deposit of $350 will be sent to you as soon as the reservation is confirmed by the office.  Payment will be required to hold reservation.

• Rental Fee Due Date: Balance rental Fees are required to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to use.
   
• Cancellation Policy: In the event that the rental is canceled more than 4 weeks prior to the rental the deposit will be returned in full. Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the rental date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

- CSS FORM: It is required that you complete the Simcha Security Form two weeks before your simcha. The form can be found here and must be emailed to security@anshei.org

- SIMCHA ANNOUNCEMENT: On the Wednesday prior to your simcha you must follow this link to submit the announcement you would like made in the upcoming shabbos announcements.

- BAR/BAT MITZVAH GIFT FORM: If booking for a Bar or Bat Mitzvah Go to anshei.org/giftform and complete the gift form so your child's member gift can be given at the time of the simcha.

- CANDY BAG POLICY: All Candy Bags to be thrown must be soft and contain only nut-free items.
